This option does not include the cost of the rhinestone dog tutu. It is just for the addition of a name or phrase added to a tutu you are also purchasing. If you do not purchase a dog tutu, this amount will be refunded.

Type Name or Phrase– This is the name or phrase you want added to the dog tutu. After typing name or phrase please count the number of letters, numbers, or other charaters and select the correct number of characters to purchase.

Special Instructions – Please let us know which tutu this name or phrase should go on.

Please also let us know if you prefer the name or phrase in a specific location on the tutu. Names can go below, above, to the side of the rhinestone design or on the front chest. If no preference is given, we will use our judgement in selecting the best location on the back of the tutu.
